Getting Started into Ashtanga Yoga:
Our pre-registered Intro 1 classes are very popular and lay the foundation for your practice. During this class we will teach you the breathing technique that goes with the postures, sunsalutaions, standing postures and a few seated postures. Perfect for those who have NO yoga experience, who are looking to gain flexibility and a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Pre-registration suggested, these classes fill up quickly.

MYSORE style classes are also suitable for beginners. This is the best class for those wanting to cultivate a regular yoga practice
and gain the life changing benefits of a 2-3 day/week practice AND for those with chronic injuries or who want to move a little slower and work more one on one with a teacher. This class is DROP IN.
Getting started into SATTVA Yoga:
This class is a hatha based class Perfect for those who want to get started into yoga and for those who want to have a more restorative, sustainable practice for life. The SATTVA posture sequences are designed to revolutionize your body, mind and breath leaving you steady, calm and balanced.
REGISTERED 6-WEEK SATTVA
INTRODUCTORY COURSES: This is a 6 week course designed to open the hips, the hamstrings, shoulders and back. This class will allow you to find comfort and increased mobility in the body preparing you for the next levels of the sattva practice. This is a Foundational class, perfect for beginners and those with no yoga experience or those wanting to cultivate strength, balance and flexibility on a whole new level.
