BEGINNER YOGA CLASSES
Here are your options for getting started in yoga at The Yoga Loft:
Registered Intro to Yoga 1 and Intro to Yoga 2 Courses
These 6 week sessions are for beginner yogis who have no or little experience with yoga. These classes will break down postures, and take you step by step through proper alignment, breathing, and core control. We recommend taking Intro 1 first and then Intro 2 after to prepare you for all of our other classes. $80 plus gst to register.

INTRO TO YOGA

Sundays: noon - 1 p.m. & Saturdays: 2 - 3 p.m.
This class is perfect for those with no Yoga experience or some yoga experience who find regular classes too challenging but want to establish a yoga practice. There will be an emphasis on both standing and seated postures. Modifications will be given to students who need them. This class is ideal for anyone in the beginning stages of a Yoga practice. In this class, postures will be taught slower with more attention to alignment and detail of each posture.
