MYSORE (ashtanga): Mysore classes are appropriate for students at all levels, from new to the very experienced. Prior knowledge of the posture sequence is not necessary. Mysore is a class that offers individual instruction to students on a one to one basis. Our highly trained & experienced teachers work individually with students as they move at their own pace through?the postures. NO MYSORE ON MOONDAYS.

ASHTANGA BASICS: Intro to ashtanga drop-in class for first timers and beginners. The fundamentals of ashtanga yoga will be taught in this class. Sun salutations and postures are broken down with a focus on alignment & breathing.
LEVEL ONE: Basics of ashtanga yoga. Emphasis is placed on strengthening the physical and mental aspects of the practice. Some experience recommended.
LEVEL ONE-TWO: This class is perfect for those comfortable in a level 1 class who want to learn new postures. During this class we will work towards adding the remaining postures of primary series. Challenging you to keep moving forward in your practice & will promote opening the body in new ways.
LEVEL TWO: Full primary series. Suitable for those wanting to learn the remainder of the primary series sequence. Suitable for those comfortable in a level 1 class.
LEVEL TWO WORKSHOP: This is a full primary series class designed to help you work your way from a level 1 class towards completing the remaining postures of primary series. We will spend extra time on the end of the series allowing you to move safely in and out of postures and take your time to experience these postures beyond the usual 5 breath holds. Come challenge yourself!

RESTORATIVE: This class will be based on the primary series of ashtanga yoga without the quick paced rhythm. Perfect for beginners and those wanting a slower-paced class.
ASHTANGA DRUM CLASS (level 2): Come deepen the experience of the practice with the incredible blend of drum & breath. this is a led full primary series class with live drumming. come experience the breath on a whole new level!!!
INSPIRED PRACTICE: SATTVA
This class is for those students who want to go deeper with their practice, develop a deeper relationship to the body & the breath, and practice under the guidance of our highly trained SATTVA instructors. This is not a led class, it is an open style practice where students practice together at their own pace. Take this time to enjoy the SATTVA sequences that will strengthen, open, and awaken your body on a whole new level. It is suggested that new students attend any of the SATTVA classes for a month before attending this class. This is the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice and work one on one with our highly skilled and experienced teachers.
SATTVA: Come explore diverse sequences of Hatha postures
that will rock your world. This class is designed to bring balance, inner strength and energize the practitioner. This class
has a dynamic fluid posture flow allowing us to reveal the potential that exists within the balanced, open body. After the postures we will do specific breathing techniques to strengthen the lungs and center the mind, followed by a meditation. Combining these three elements of yoga practice, body, breath & mind will give you the ultimate yoga experience. This class will leave you blissful! For all levels of practitioner.
Each Month we explore a new posture sequence in this class.
REGISTERED 6-WEEK SATTVA
INTRODUCTORY COURSES: This is a 6 week course designed to open the hips, the hamstrings, shoulders and back. This class will allow you to find comfort and increased mobility in the body preparing you for the next levels of the sattva practice. This is a Foundational class, perfect for beginners and
those with no yoga experience or those wanting to cultivate strength, balance and flexibility on a whole new level.
